jjajangmyun

aku suka tengok cerita korea dan japan. cumel dan kadang-kadang buat aku high. effect die sama macam aku baca komik. yes,aku admit yang aku amat meminati komik dan movie. banyak buat perkara lagha betulla aku ni. haaa~ kadang-kadang bile baca komik tu,kalo ada watak yang mati,aku jadi stress + sedey + tak ley terima hakikat and macam-macam lagi la after efferct nye. ex: masa Ace mati ari tu. yang tu memang aku tak tahan btolla. sampai hati Oda buat Ace mati. aku xley terima hakikat sampai skunk. :'( <- yan,ni dah emo lebey ni.

back to my topic up there.

i was watching 'couple or trouble' when i saw they hero + heroin always fill up their stomach with jjajangmyun. korunk kena faham. yang masalah nye bile tengok cerita korea + japan ni,diorg sangat bersungguh masa makan. yes. sangat-sangat bersungguh masa makan sampaikan apa yang diorang makan tu nampak sedap btol. adus. payah la camni. everytime tengok je,mula la telan air liur. omaigos.

so what is jjajangmyun actually?

Noodles

Jajangmyeon uses thick noodles made from white wheat flour. Noodles made entirely by hand and not by machines, which are called sutamyeon (수타면; 手打麵) are praised in South Korea as an essential ingredient of good jajangmyeon.

Sauce

The sauce is made with black bean paste, called chunjang (hangul: 춘장; chinese: ). The paste, which is made from roasted soybeans and caramel, is called chunjang (literally "spring paste") when unheated, while the heated sauce (containing vegetables and meat or seafood) is called jajang (literally "fried sauce"). Chunjang is stir-fryed with diced onions, ground meat (either beef or pork) or chopped seafood, and other ingredients. When cooking the sauce, usually meat stock is added to reduce the salty taste of cooked chunjang, and potato starch or cornstarch and is added to give the sauce a thick consistency. The sauce is served hot over noodles, sometimes with sliced raw cucumbers.

so basically,Jjajangmyun ni macam mee goreng la. nothing more,nothing less. kita masak mee goreng guna kicap. sama la tu black bean paste dengan kicap. sebab kicap dibuat dari soya. kan? boleh terima x teori aku ni? tapi apesal jjajangmyun nampak lagi menyelerakan ni??? omaigos.


fakta cute : dalam setiap episod 'couple or trouble', diorang mesti at least sekali makan jjajangmyun.


anyway,cerita 'couple or trouble' best. baru saya tahu yang drama itu diadaptasi kan dari cerita english, lakonan Goldie Hawn dan Kurt Russell "Overboard" 1987, inspired from Italian movie Swept Away 1974. fuuh~~


'couple or trouble' ni sangat sweet kowt cerita die. Basically pasal spoiled girl,Anna yang sangat cerewet and queen-ish gile sampai hubby die pun xtau camne nak control. Anna terjatuh dari yatch die and her enemy,Jang Chul Soo amek Anna tok dijadikan kuli untuk buat kerja kat rumah die. Sweet ok? Aku dah tengok cerita ni adala dalam 4,5 kali ulang. huuu~

btw : sapa tahu kat malaysia mana nak dapatkan jjajangmyun yang sedap lagi halal? em,japanese food dah banyak kali jumpa + lahap. korean food? nak kena try ni. :) ngeeee~~~

owner restaurant korea, hankuk ramyun kt times square kate, jjangmyun buat dgn minyak babi. sb tu aunty x jual jjangmyunn kalo x pki unsur2 babi utk jjangmyun, die kate x sedap.
so,kte mmg xleh mkn jjangmyun.
pegi la mkn kat hnkuk ramyun. aunty sangat baikn ramyun die sedap!! tapi kalo nk makan kimbap sedap, g mkn kat food court pavilion.
